Computer Aided Business Systems Ltd are authorised to provide Autodesk certificates upon satisfactory completion of an approved course. Certificates are only issued for Autodesk-approved training courses. In allowing only Autodesk approved training centres to issue these certificates, Autodesk underwrites the quality and standard of it's training centres and their ability to deliver the type of training which the customer requires.

 

The performance of our Authorised Training Centre and Autodesk Certified Instructors is continuously monitored by Autodesk. At the completion of all official courses, each delegate is requested to submit an online course evaluation form to the Autodesk Educational team. Delegates have an opportunity to provide feedback directly to the vendor, including feedback on the course, the materials and our appointed instructor. The feedback will be treated in total confidence by Autodesk, and they will act quickly on any issue detracting from an entirely positive experience.

Training Facilities
Our training room is located in Hatfield Hertfordshire, with ample free parking and Hatfield train station only 5 minutes away. The training room is Autodesk approved, with computer systems and large TFT monitors that meet or exceed the requirements of the Autodesk applications that we provide training for.

The training environment is air conditioned, and ergonomic seating enable your training experience to be comfortable. Refreshments and snacks are available throughout the training, and an off-site lunch is provided at a local restaurant.

On-site Training
When training on-site we use your licensed software, or provide pre-configured workstations. We cannot provide training on ‘trial versions’ or ‘duplicate’ installations of Autodesk products as this is against the licence agreements. Training companies suggesting or offering this level of service are in breach of the Autodesk licence terms and conditions, and they could be putting your organisation at risk.

Course Duration
Course duration is set by Autodesk, and our 20+ years experience of training Autodesk products confirms that the guided timescale is correct and reduction in the course duration will result in an incomplete course, and many topics will not be covered. During the course we will include practical exercises and work through Autodesk approved training manuals.

Continual Development
Computer Aided Business Systems recommend further and continual development, with Autodesk training. 4-6 weeks after attending an Autodesk essentials course we recommend students take the 2 day Autodesk intermediate training. And each year students take a one day workshop/upgrade course to learn the features and functions of the new release. Companies investing in industry specific Autodesk applications should take product specific training at essentials and intermediate level, and ensure the skills are maintained with yearly workshop/upgrade training.

Company Courses

There are times when a company needs the increased flexibility offered by our training courses. Our company specific training courses are standard training courses, but unlike our scheduled courses where several companies may join the session, with company specific training courses, the training is dedicated to only one client. This has a number of obvious benefits including flexibility in timing of the course dates. Our trainers will also highlight specific areas of interest within the Autodesk application that is specific to the individual companies design and drafting requirements.

 

Workshop Courses

Workshop training provides flexibility. With a Workshop Course, the client dictates the subject matter, timing and duration. (after consultation with our training department)

 

Scheduled Courses

The most cost effective way in which to take training, for an individual. Our most requested training courses, such as AutoCAD, are run to a set timetable with delegates booking into the course as required.
