Autodesk licencing states that organisations without a current Autodesk Subscription contract must only use the version of software they are entitled to. i.e. If your Autodesk Subscription contract ended in August 2011 then you must use the Autodesk 2012 version of software. This update resolves compatibility issues that have been reported while using the software on the latest versions of Mac OS X Snow Leopard (10.6.8) and Mac OS X Lion. When you install your Autodesk product, you need to activate and register it for the first time.
The first time you start your Autodesk product, you will be prompted to activate it using the activation wizard.
Product activation verifies that you have installed a genuine Autodesk product and that it has not been activated on more computers than are allowed by your Software License Agreement.
During this process, you will also be prompted to register your product, which is required only once and helps you to prevent unauthorized use of your product by another person.

Support Customers, please let us know if this is a problem for you so we can help you fix it.
Autodesk Exchange has been active for AutoCAD for a while now, but it looks like this will become a somewhat ‘official’ delivery method for add-ins in the future (think Autodesk Seek for add-ins…)
